Terms of Service

By using PetrologOS, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Use of the Service

PetrologOS grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for the management of petroleum distribution operations.

2. Account Responsibility

Your organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user accounts and for all activities that occur under those accounts.

3. Data Accuracy

Your organization is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the platform, including truck capacities and loading dip readings.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PetrologOS platform, including software, algorithms, and designs, are the property of PetrologOS or its licensors.

5. Termination

PetrologOS reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any breach of these terms or non-payment of subscription fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

PetrologOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
